Trying to set up Payment Registration Pro with First Data Global Connect Web Service.

I've installed and granted permissions to the cert file in IIS, and set up the Payment Gateway including the Pem file.

When I try to process a test transaction I receive the following:

Am I overlooking something? I believe the test credentials are inputted correctly.

Hello,

The issue is mostly likely a setup/config error on your hosting or server or possibly something in the gateway that needs additional configuration. The First Data payment gateway is extremely difficult to setup and configure. It requires a "full trust" environment, a special security certificate be installed in IIS, a PEM file be loaded to your server, ip restrictions and many other setup/config steps in your environment to work with the first data gateway. Also, first data has pretty good tech support try contacting them to help you install the cert. We got it working in our environment but it took some time and a few tech support calls with first data. Thank you for the reply Kevin.

I contacted First Data tech support and they said that they've seen this issue before. They usually resolve it by regenerating the web service certificate files and having the user reinstall them on the server, which worked for me. I was able to process a test transaction successfully via the PRP module.
