We develpoped a site on our development server using DNN 5.6.2. We installed the Smith Registration Pro module 4.22 which worked great. It processed the transactions through QB Merchant Services in test mode. We then moved the site to the production server. By this time, the trial license had expired so the client purchased a license and, at the request of the client, we installed Smith Registration Pro 4.25. There were some issues with the license, but those were resolved, but now it appears that none of our products (subscriptions) exist anymore. The rest of the site transferred beautifully, no issues. But when I try to add a product, I get 'A critical error has occurred. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.' I looked at the tables on our development server and can't find anything that looks like a products table, so I can't compare the develoment and production databases. Any help in resolving this issue would be appreciated.

Hi Bob,

Did you upgrade from v.4.22 to v.4.25 before moving your site?

The issue may be due a conflict of either the TabModuleID or PortalID found in the Smith_RegProducts, Smith_RegSettings, and Smith_RegCustomer tables.

Thanks for the response. We upgraded to 4.25 after the move, but it was from 4.15, not 4.22. I finally decided to uninstall Smith (keeping the files) and re-installing 4.22 with the license info we were sent. This seemed to work but products are still missing. I figured I'd just add them again. I was able to add the first successfully and when I went to add the second, the payment gateway fields were blank. Will I have to enter the payment gateway info for each product (we have about 20 subscription levels)? Can I set the payment gateway globally for all products?

Also, should I upgrade to 4.25 or wait until 4.22 is doing what I want?

Hi Bob,

Sounds like some something has gotten out of sync with your module. Since you would be re-adding your products, I would recommend performing a clean installation of the RegPro module and to install the latest release v.4.30. This version will provide you with the ability to set up multiple products through the same instance of the module and set the gateway once to be used during the checkout process.
