I'm attempting to use the registration pro package (v4.47) on my DNN 6.2 site with no success.  I get a series of error messages after the payment is made when the user clicks the receipt button saying critical error.  I've tried Authorize.net (AIM and SIM) as well as PayPal and it just doesn't work.  I've tried test mode and production mode and it generates the same critical error and doesn't create the user account or change their roles.

When I have gotten it to at least make the payment in test mode it does create the account but doesn't show the subscription, and it shows multiple transactions of $0.  I'm very frustrated at this point, having bought the pro module.  I need someone to help me figure out what I'm doing wrong, or if there's some issue somewhere.

Richard

Hi Kevin,

The fix did indeed get rid of the critical error, thank you.  I am able to complete a charge using PayPal and Authorize.net.  But there's a new problem: when the user goes to look at the SmithRegMyAccount module (which I've placed on the User Info page) they see the charge under "My Payments" but they don't see the subscription under "My Subscriptions".  I checked the database and the charge is there but there are no entries in the subscription table.  If I add the entry manually (using the information from the charge) the subscription does show up in the SmithRegMyAccount module.

Without the subscription showing up in that module the user never has a chance to cancel or change the subscription.  I can manually enter them as they come in, but obviously I'd like the modules to do this instead.

Thanks,

Richard
