Question: I am considering the purchase of your Registration Pro DNN module and have a question about how the module processes and stores credit card information for reoccurring subscription payments. My question is - does your module encrypt and store the actual credit card numbers in the sites local database or do the credit card details only get stored at Authorize.net like with the current CIM service that the site is using?
Answer: We have 3 different versions of our DNN registration module. Here is some info about our registration module that is integrated with the auth.net CIM:

This registration module does not store credit card information in your local database only with auth.net
Our registration pro product does store the credit card in the database. The credit card is encrypted using RSA 256 bit encryption which is an approved encryption by PCI. Card Security Code – CVV/CID on the back of a credit card is collected from the user and sent to the payment gateway for authorization but is never stored in the database.
