When someone does register, I do not see anywhere that they are limited to only a year. Shouldn't the membership in the Subscribers group have a Expiry date or something like that?

Or is there some other mechanism for this?

The expiration date for subscriptions is calculated based on the start date times the number of occurrences so you dont need to enter an expiration date.

And where is this data stored?

I have a table called dbo.Smith_Subscription that has a SubStartDate, and a SubEndDate field, but that table is empty. I have a dozens of entries in the dbo.Smith_RegCustomer table.

Subscriptions are stored in the Smith_Subscription table. If you are using Authorize.net you need to be using an account that has the auth.net ARB service activated in or for the subscription to be saved..
