We just started using the module and encountered three different outcomes:

1. When I log in as Host, I can make credit card payment alright without any issue

2. Some users can proceed to the last step of payment, then got a meesage saying:

Access Denied

You do not have access to view this tab within the portal.

3. Some users can not even proceed, they immediately got a HUGE error message (a big cross sign) when they click the menu item to access the payment module.

Can someone help to decipher the situation? Thanks!
