Smith Cart has a built-in quantity discounting which allows you to discount bulk purchases of a single category of products or multiple categories of products. This feature allows unlimited numbers of discount levels. If quantity discounts are configured for a category the cart will automatically generate the discounts based on the quantity of items in the Cart. Discounts must be individually configured at the category level.
The following steps are required to configure Category Level Discounts:
Step 1 – Enabling Category Level Discounts
Enabling the Category Discount option turns on the discount. For more information, please see the “Enabling Category Level Discounts” section.
Step 2 – Category Level Discount Setup
Setting up the Category Discount Setup will define which Categories and Quanties the discount will be applied to. For more information, please see the “Category Level Discount Setup” section.
