As soon as a customer has placed and paid for an order a Confirmation Emails will be automatically sent an email telling them their order was successful. If, for some reason, your customer does not receive an order status email, or you need to send an update, SmithCart also allows emails to be sent manually from the Manage Order Details screen.
The following email types are available and if configured will be sent when using the “Send Email” option from the Manage Product Details page:
• User Email
• Admin Email
• Manufacturer Email
• Ship Email
• Product Level Email
To send an Order Confirmation Email click the “Send Email” button located on the Manage Order Details screen and the following send email screen will be displayed:
