I had to reinstall my cart 4.67 because of some corrupt items in the store... I followed the backup procedure after removing the faulty products that were causing errors. I uninstalled everything and started from scratch.
On my DNN 5.6.3 instance... I have made sure that teh test SMTP message comes through on the admin settings and also created the stock email templates in the email templates settings page of the cart. I also made sure emails were in teh general cart settings page.
However, after and order is placed and they (the client) is sent back to the site from the gateway. The receipt page shows up - no problem. The order is recorded. But no email is sent.
The odd thing is - when I look at the order and click the send order email button - I get this:
Order Confirmation Email Sent Successfully
and the email then comes through... so the email is working... but why not on newly placed orders? Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
