Can the export orders function be modified to include the User defined fields entered on the check out page?

Are you referring to textboxes 1 and 2 and the Date Field which are displayed on Step 1 of Checkout?

Yes! Can the Export Orders procedure be modified to include those values or is there some other detail report I can provide my customer with that information?

Hi Gigi,

Currently the best way to access the information entered in Textboxes 1 and 2 and the Date Field on Step 1 of checkout, is by navigating to the Manage Orders section of the Admin Menu and selecting the order. There will be a Custom Fields tab where you will be able to very the information entered in the fields. If you would like to be provided with a fixed quote to include these fields to be included when using the Export Orders feature please send an email to sales@smith-consulting.com
