Dear customer support,

  I installed the trial version on Nov. 15, and then I purchased the smith shopping cart on Dec. 1, and then I put license key .zip file and two license files on estore.mplighting.com folder where web.config resides. But I still got the trial version message, to request a license key ...

  Several questions:

  1. Where to download the smith shopping cart module after I purchase, I only have a link to request the license key, but no where to get the download link;

  2. I am not sure if trial version is the latest version I can get, am I?

  3. How to activiate the license on my website estore.mplighting.com based on trial version? I carefully searched manual, forum, and every where.

  4. I am a programmer, I did installation of DNN by myself, and database administration by myself. I need you to give me some forum link related to this license key, trial version, latest version link (required login or not). Sounds too many questions, sorry, if you give me any one of them, I will really be appreciated.

Hi, Kevin,

I did put license key files on the web.config residing folder in my website. I am not sure if the license key are good/valid or not. is it possible that the license key I got is not valid for some reason? Do you have any log file I can open and take a look to see if there is error to read license or not?

The latest version of SmithCart is available from the Smith Cart Downloads page accessed through the Forums dropdown menu located at the top of this page. If you do not have access, please send an email with your purchase receipt and User ID to kelli@smith-consulting.com.
