Email Token for PO Number

Kevin,

Could you please identify what the correct email token is for the Purchase Order ID? This should be different than the order id. The manual states that the Purchase Order ID token is [ORDERID] but that simply reprints the order # again.

The Email Token used for the Purchase Order Number is [ACCOUNTNUMER]. I will update the Product Manual accordingly.

Kevin,

Is the Credit Card Number field (Step 2 of checkout) also identified as [ACCOUNTNUMBER]? The credit card number is being included in the Admin and User email for all new orders.

We do not want the customer credit card number coming through in email due to security reasons.

Yes, the [ACCOUNTNUMBER] token is also used for the credit card number or eCheck number. If you would like us to provide you with a quote to program a separate token for the Purchase Order field please send an email with a link to theis post to sales@smith-consulting.com
