Smith Cart version 4.86, Dnn 6.0.2.

When purchasing a product variant (that has its 'Product variant sku' configured), the sku stored in the database (table Smith_StoreOrderDetails) and displayed in the Manage Order Detail page is the sku from the main product, not the sku variant one. I think it should be the sku variant.

As you have indicated, creating a variant inventory causes the variant sku to be stored in the database & displayed in the manage order detail screen.

Thanks for the tip (althought it is not clearly mentioned in the user manual that variant inventory must be created to allow the variant sku to be used).
