We are getting this error when we try to process a credit card payment in our new store:

A critical error has occurred.
Unable to cast object of type 'Smith.DNN.Modules.Registration.BillingAccountInfo' to type 'Smith.DNN.Modules.BuyNow.BillingAccountInfo'.

This occurs on the page you enter your credit card info and hit the next button to submit it. We are trying to go live this week. Please advise... 

I'm using DNN Community Edition 5.06.00 (459) and Smith Cart version 4.84.0 and Smith registration module 4.22.0.

Hi Andrew,

I believe that the first version of the Smith Registration module released which supported the use of SmithCart and RegPro to be compatible on the same portal was v.4.24. To confirm the issue is fixed in the latest version of the RegPro you can download the trial version v.4.30 and then upgrade to the latest build to fix the issue. I recommend doing the upgrade in a test environment first and as always make sure you have a full backup before installing on your live site.

Where do I get version 4.3? When I download the trial from the website and try to upload it DNN says it's already there installed. When I check off "repair" then the next step says this is version 4.22 that's being installed again so where is the latest version? Thanks!

For some odd reason (without upgrading any module!!) the store credit card now works. Donation module though doesn't work though with paypal selected with authorize.net (aim) - it just says donation went through but never directs the person to the paypal site.

Anyway that's the latest. Odd bugs!

Hi Andrew,

OK we upgraded to the latest registration module.

Donation module though doesn't work though with paypal selected with authorize.net (aim) - it just says donation went through but never directs the person to the paypal site. The registration module for donations should redirect the donor to the paypal.com website to finish up the process!

The store works fine with credit card and paypal orders.
