Hi,

In our online store at http://www.nu-tea.com/OnlineStore.aspx , sometimes the "add options" buttons appear to be sliced and moved onto a 2nd level of text. This occurs when you Ctrl+Mouse Wheel to resize the browser content. Since most people use different size settings, this almost always creates a negative experience for the user of our online store. Please let me know how we can attempt to fix this.

Cart: Version 4.86.

DNN: 06.01.03

Cheers,

Ricky

Hi Ricky,

Quite often custom skins have extra or missing table entries, css dependencies, or other design elements or artifacts that may display differently with DNN on different browsers. A quick check by modifying the edit skin to use the default DNN skin will verify behaviour and help determine if the fault lies in the module, skin, or content.

Thanks,

I will give that a try and see what happens.

I edited my original post to add in the versions.

Cheers,
Ricky

So, I tried the default DNN skin and it works just fine there. I guess the issue is in my skin... which makes the issue more frustrating.

Skinning seems to work fine for Google Chrome and Firefox, but for some reason Internet Explorer never works out right... Time to bang my head against my desk until I figure out how to please internet explorer.

Hi Ricky,

I agree that skinning a site to display correctly in all browsers can be rather tricky. You may want to look into the use of Conditional CSS. I beleive the following link should help guide you in the right direction and please postback with any progress: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/B...

We are also available to help resolve this issue as well.

Thanks,
