I am running smith cart 2.86. If you go to the extra photos and add one extra photo, it does not show up when you click on the product details. If you add two, then it shows the second one, if you add three then it shows the second and third one. If you add four, then it shows all four. Is this a bug?

I will test this out on our test portal and let you know if I can replicate the issue

Yes I was able to replicate this and programming has already fixed it. What version of the cart are you running? Let me know and I will send you the hotfix.

I emailed support and got a notification saying I was added to a role. However, I still get the permissions error when I click on the link.

On the home page, in the left nav under the support section try clicking the download link.

I still cannot access that page. I logged in with a different browser to make sure nothing had been cached. I went to home and clicked on downloads and it still said I don't have permissions.

I guess you have 2 accounts, the first time I gave permissions to your other account which is your email. I just granted permissions to your mandrews1234 account so you should be good to go now.
