Is anyone else using IE having this issue. Before I begin I want you to know that I have tried both DNN 6.1.2 and DNN 6.1.4 with both Smith Cart 4.84 and 4.93 and the issues stay the same.

As you can see from the screenshots... the store dispalys fine with version 4.84 of Smith Cart... when upgraded to the 4.93 version you will see that the layout messes up in older IE versions or when in IE9 the compatibiltiy mode is active... 4.93 does work correct if viewed in IE9 directly.

Does anyone else experiecne these issues?

Hello,

I took a look at the screenshots you provided above but it seems that all the screenshots are the same image so I was not able to see which content is not being displayed correctly.

You can also upload screenshots by editing your post and uploading the images via the rich text editor.

I have updated the post to reflect the correct images. My apologies. Thanks for looking into this... let me know your thoughts... I am wonderingf if the new 4.93 might correct the issue I have here:

But I cant test that theory unless I can actually get he layout to work. Speaking of - please look into the Tax error I am gettign as well. No idea why that is showing up.

Hello,

Quite often custom skins have extra or missing table entries, css dependencies, or other design elements or artifacts that may display differently with DNN on different browsers. A quick check by modifying the edit skin to use the default DNN skin will verify behaviour and help determine if the fault lies in the module, skin, or content.

What I can't follow is that I have been using this cart software on this particular site for quite sometime and all previeous upgrades in the sense of styling were fine... now there seems to be an issue with this last update (4.93)

Not sure why, but is there a reason that all revisou versions worked fine?

I just had a customer report a similar problem and I have SmithCart 4.5/DNN 6.1.4. The customer was using Internet Explorer.

When a variant of a product is selected in product details, the letters on the Add To Cart button disappears and it is disabled.

Hit compatibility mode and it works fine. In Chrome it works fine.

Another issue is that I recreated the site from scratch... same skin with no chanegs at all on DNN 6.1.4 and cart 4.93 displays perfectly fine... why the back and forth? Could a corrupt database casue the anomolies?
