We have checked Combine Shipping & Handling, checked Shipping Calculator, set UPS as the Carrier and checked several Shipping Methods.

In Manage Orders, each order had the Handling and Shipping are correct, but the email confirmation often does not include the Shipping costs.

Is there a setting that we need to update so the shipping is always included?
