We are using Smith Cart version 4.84.  When users purchase products in the store and have different Shipping address from the Billing addresses, the Billing address information is not being stored with the order.  This is a big issue as many users are puchasing gifts to be shipped to different addresses.  When the order is completed, the confirmation email shows the separate Ship To and Bill To addresses but when you log into the store (as Store Admin) you see the Shipping information in both the billing and the shipping addresses.

Is this a Bug with this version or is there a setting that allows this information to be saved differently?  I personnally see this as a bug.  If the confirmation emails capture the information properly, why isn't it being stored properly?

I am unable to recreate the issue you are reporting on my test system, shipping and billing are saving successfully. Do you have any errors in your dnn event viewer? Can you verify if any data is being saved in your smith_payhist table?

I do see the information in the Smith_payhist table but that information is not what is displaying on the order when viewing the order through the store admin.  Just to clarify, it is the store admin personnel that is not seeing the bill to informaiton in the store orders.  I am not referring to the actual user placing the order but rather the store admin. 

Also, note that the issue is with anonymous user orders and not registered users.  Our store does not require the user to register to check out and most users do not.  Let me know if that makes any differences.

Does this occur when you are placing several orders consecutively? or is it happening on the first order?

We see this happening on all the orders we make.  So far, it hasn't mattered which order, they all show up the same way in the Store Admin area (shipping info is in bother ship to and bill to info on the screen).

Hi John,
Im not able to replicate this on my test portal but there are a lot different possible configurations and settings in Smith Cart and I may not have configured my cart the exact way you have. I would like to have you login to one of our public test portals and configure the cart the way you have your cart configured and try to replicate the issue. This will determine if the issue you are reporting is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific dnn portal/cart install.
