Problem with Zone Shipping By Weight

I'm running dnn 6.2 cart version 5.0.0, I've setup my cart to calculate shipping using shipping method called(Zone Shipping by Weight) and i've got 3 Zones

1. Africa (all the other african countries are on this Zone)

2. South Africa (South Africa its the only country in this Zone)

3. Other (For all the other Countries that are not specified in number 1 and 2)

my problem now is it calculates correctly until you click the button that say calculate shipping, after click the calculate shipping button then it changes to Free shipping.

Hi David,

In your shipping Zone management screen there is a field called "Free Shipping Orders Over Amount". Can you confirm if the value entered in this field is greater than the Order Total added to your Cart?
