Since you can’t recreate the bug on the test portal indicates the issue may be something with your Cart install such as being out of sync. To get a working cart on your site I recommend you download SmithCart 5.0 from the Cart Downloads page and complete an upgrade of your store to see if the issue is corrected.
Upgrade Note: When upgrading, it is always recommended that you first do the upgrade in a test environment and make sure you have a full backup before installing on your live site in case you need to rollback.
