When I go to the detail page of my Smith-Cart, and try to go to the page settings, I'm having trouble accessing Settings. This is not the first time but if I recall, you sent me a file (license) to fix this.  Can you please advise?

DNN 6.2
Smith Cart 5.0

Hi Richard,

What is happening when you click Page Settings?

Could you provide a screenshot?

Are any errors being logged to your DNN Event Viewer?

having trouble attaching a file. It is the same error that I had before - could you check your emails from me?

Hi Richard,

As a test, please enable the default DNN skin to see if the module behaves correctly.

If the module still behaves the same way with the default DNN skin enabled try installing the latest cart version from the downloads page:

Important: Please make sure you install and test on a NEW dnn sandbox account before installing to your live site. Additionally, before you install to your live portal please make sure you have a full backup in case you need to rollback.

After upgrade, NO PRODUCTS DISPLAY!!!  YIKES!!!

The products and categories still exist, they just aren't displaying on the page. What happened???  How can I fix this?

Cart upgraded to 5.22

Thanks Kevin. My products are showing up now HOWEVER, I have another issue. I have tabs at the bottom of the [detail] page.  I also have a required "size" field for the product and when I try to change tabs, nothing happens.  Instead, it forces me to select the size before I can change tabs.

Another issue I see is that when I select size, a sale price displays then when I choose add to cart, the regular price displays. YIKES! What's happening?

To fix the issue when you have required variants and try to change the tab on the product details page displays the required message do the following:

1. Go to your \desktopmodules\smith.productdetails folder
2. Open the file titled "productdetails.ascx
3. Go to line 23 and add the causesvalidation property to false as highlighted below:

<telerik:RadTabStrip ID="RadTabStripProd" runat="server" Orientation="HorizontalTop" SelectedIndex="0" MultiPageID="RadMultiPageProd" Skin="Simple" CausesValidation="false" >

Regarding the sale price issue you reported are you using regular sale prices or do you have product variant sale prices setup?

The fix you suggested worked fine. I will say that the width of the tab box is too wide. Can I change that?

Also, I had the sale price entered in for each product. I removed that price and it now only shows the regular price. That still doesn't explain why it reverted back to the regular price when viewing in the cart.
