I don't see any changes or fixes for the Address Book module in our Change Log found
HERE which will list all fixes and changes for each release of the Cart.
The reason that we ask you to replicate the issue on our test portal is because it is in a controlled environment with a known stable version of the Cart running.
If you can’t recreate the bug on the test portal this will indicate the issue may be caused by something with your Cart install such as being out of sync or has been inadvertently resolved in a recent release.
To confirm the issue is fixed in the latest version of the Cart you can download and install the latest cart version from the downloads page:

Important: Please make sure you install and test on a NEW DNN sandbox account before installing to your live site. Additionally, before you install to your live portal please make sure you have a full backup in case you need to rollback.
