We have a pretty urgent situation related to coupons.  When the result of an applied coupon is a total of $0.00 (FREE) the checkout process is still sending people off to PayPal to make Payment. 

The issue with this is that PayPal will not let you proceed (or go back even) so long as the total is $0.00.  Not to mention the confusion caused to a customer by being asked for payment information on a free purchase. 

The DNN platform is 5.06.03(45) and Cart version is 4.50.0

 

Please Advise.

Hi Josh,

I have confirmed when the result an an applied coupon gives you a total of "$0.00" you will be directed to PayPal where you cannot run a transaction with an amount less than $0.01. Have have sent this issue into programming and I will post back as soon as an update is available. Thank you for reporting this and thank you for your feedback.

Hi Josh,

Just posting back to let you know this issue was resolved in the release of v5.0 and I just tested this and can confirm that the issue doesn't exist.
