Smith Cart 5.68.0
MSSql 2008
DNN version:  7.2.0 on primary site and test site.

We started with a downloaded demo on the primary store site using dnn 7.1.6.  Most everything was working okay and rather that spend a lot of time trying to adjust the setting for the exact way we wanted the cart to look we applied for a license.  After we received the license key and download link for the most current version, 5.68.0, we installed the new version.  At that point we were unable to see anything on the cart page except the request for license key message.  No product, no decriptions, and etc....  We then went into the settings and under the Smith Cart Settings there was a link to Load BuyNow Setting.  Using that link we were able to get to the License Manager and add the License Key.  Still nothing showing on the cart page except the request for license key.  We followed the tip about "after upgrading" and removing templates.  We deleteded the templates in the settings and from the Portal folder, then restarted the application in Host Settings, closed the site out and finally restarted IIS.  When we logged back in still nothing on the cart page (no productes showing).

So now we setup the test site (with same dnn and sql version.  After installation the product page displayed okay.  We applied the License Key using the License Manager.  When we went to the products page the request for a license key warning still displayed but we were able to add product and display products.

Now the question is how do we get the License Key to activate and remove the warning and how, on the primary site do we get the product to display?  Do we have to reinstall a fresh copy of dnn?

Did you install the full version of the module once you purchased?

Yes, we installed the full version of the new version of the module over the top of the previous version.  When that did not work correctly we uninstalled all modules and reinstalled the new version.  Still no luck.  Finally we removed and reinstalled the entire dnn 7.2.0, then installed the new version of the cart and finally added the license key.  Now the product shows but the "Request license key ..." prompt is still displayed.  I will submit to the link you provided to try to get the problem resolved.  Thanks for the reply.

Just to update others following this post, the folks at licensing gave us a new license key that corrected the final problem.
