Seems I've got PayPal more-or-less working as a secondary payment option.  When customers check out with PayPal, I do now see in my "Manage Orders" screen that they have made payment - so that's working.  But, the inventory quantity of the part never changes.  What should I look at for troubleshooting?

Hi Mikah,

Which PayPal gateway are you using?

Do you have "Inventory Management" enabled in your Store Settings?

Thanks!

My "Primary" gateway is Authorize.net, but I have the "Show PayPal Checkout" option enabled also, which may people seem to use.  I can't confirm whether inventory decrements properly with Authorize.NET on this release as I haven't had anyone use that since I updated to 5.77.

I have tried each of the "Inventory Control" options with no change, I currently have it set to "Enforce Inventory Management on Add To Cart."

Hi Mikah,

Which Authorize.new gateway are you using; AIM or SIM?

Do you have Product Variants configured for your Product?

I just tried replicating this issue but I wasn't successful in reproducing the same behavior; the Quantity on Hand of the Product was correctly decremented using both the Auth.net AIM gateway and PayPal Checkout Option. Please see the screenshots below:

Starting Quantity on Hand of "10"

After processing with Auth.net AIM

After processing with the PayPal Checkout option:
