View Price based on ROLE

Hi

Is it possible for me to hide Price based on ROLE eg: if you are not logged in to the site No price displays and when adding to cart & checking out it defaults to request a quote. When a user is logged in they can see the price in the detail view as well as the checkout.

Please advise.

Hello, I have the same question.

Since we are slowly getting the hang of using this cart as a catalog, our customers are pressing us to see pricing. We are wholesale and offer discounts. For now I would like to see if I could create a role to see their list price. Basically, if they log in, then they see the list price. If not logged in, they don't see price.

Can I do this without having to create additional stores?

Hey guys,

We've added this feature to the next release of the Cart using Member Prices. The Cart will now have the ability to hide the price when not logged in and show a member price based on Role when the user is logged in.
