I have just made a successful test purchase. Got order notification email and order confirmation email - data looks correct.
If I then go into backend to manage the order, I see the following issues :
1. I click Manage Orders, then click select on teh order in question - this gives me a screen with the order details on it. All looks correct until I see the bottom right area where it shows the price and tax - I am including tax in my pricing, and it is being reflected and calculated correctly up until this point (ie in the cart, on the various emails). In this screen, it is showing the tax as extra to the total order price - ie. it is recalculating the tax based on my INCLUSIVE of tax price and adding it.
The end result is I can't process the order (change status etc) without affecting the price ...
2. If I go and look at the order as the user in the front end, the same issue applies - if I look at the invoice, it is showing the tax as extra to my order total, yet the email I received showed it as included?
Also, the currency is showing here as $ instead of Rands
Please can you address these asap - I upgraded to the latest version (3.4) and am still getting these.
