Hello,

The member price correctly shows in the cart when the item is first added to the cart. However, if the customer clicks continue shopping after they view their cart, the product price reverts to the regular price.

I am running cart 3.95 on DNN 5.6

Any Suggestions?

You will notice the price changes when you click update quantity as well.

Thanks for the quick response, Scott. I'm not sure what to call it, but I am using the "member price" tab for each individual product that allows for a set price by role.

In the buynow module settings under the member price setup section what is the title of the radio button you selected?

Sorry, I am still having the problem with the member prices falling off. Let me know if you need me to show you on the demo. Initially, I thought the hotfix already available for 3.95 fixed the problem, but when I tested with a non-admin account, the problem was still there.

Using v3.95 (DNN 5.60) with hot fixes applied when using Member Prices by Role, if you click on the item image (BuyNow Product List), then click add to cart (Product Details) the member price shows correctly.

Now click Update Quantities. Does the price change?

The member price reverts back to the normal price.

*Note that QuickOrder does not does support member prices by role.

This item is fixed and is being released in cart v3.97 scheduled to be released tonight. Thanks for reporting it!

It seems to have been fixed in 3.97 although QuickOrder still does not support member prices.
