I have set up zones and shipping by quantity.

When you first go to the checkout screen, you are presented with a list of shipping options (but no prices), until you select "Calculate Shipping".

However, if you do not click "Calculate shipping", and instead just select a shipping method (without a price), you get free shipping. Not cool.

Additionally, if you do those same steps, then go BACK to the cart, the shipping method is not the same as you initially chose.

.... additionally, if you go back to the shipping cart, and click "Calculate shipping", it says "Required" next to the "Select", instead of putting the prices in, the prices are all blank.

Free shipping again.

This is fixed now and we are creating a new build and will post the hotfix. I will also email it to you it should be ready in about 10mins.

Meanwhile, at first glance, after the Hotfix was applied I was unable to generate the problem in the same way.

I guess we'll see if I have orders without shipping... I'm taking anywhere from 20 to 60 orders a day.... so it doesn't take long. :)

We are having an issue like this on one of our sites that is running 4.0. We are using custom shipping methods and everything works fine unless you go to checkout, select the shipping method and then decide to continue shopping. When you come back to the cart, the shipping method is still selected but the Shipping Total says TBD. The cart allows you to checkout like this and when you get to the confirm screen $0.00 is listed for shipping although a shipping method is listed above on the confirm page. Is there a hotfix for this?
