For whatever reason, the email function has stopped working on two of my smith cart site.

and

http://www.koolinabeachgear.com/

Both sites are using DNN 5.06.00 and Smith Cart 4.0. The email works fine for the rest of the site, ie. test smtp settings, a contact form on the sites, but whenever orders are placed, no email is being sent. I've tried several email addresses, and also using the cc feature. No emails with any orders, not even when I go into manage orders and use the resend email button on a order. Any ideas?

I just tried placing an order on our demo site which is version 4.0, and it sends just fine. Double check your email setup settings are correct on the BuyNow Module settings page.

I have an email in the to and from places, as well as in the cc. See photo below. What else is there to do for getting an email?

Here are some posts about the email settings that may be helpful in troubleshooting your email issues.

Normally when the email confirmations are not being sent from the cart its an issue with the hosting or DNN settings.

Yep, like I said. THe email is working for the rest of the site, including a contact form, stmp test emails, etc. Everthing is working on the whole site regarding email EXCEPT smith cart.
