We have had two periods of time in the past two weeks were FedEx Calculations returns an error. It appears to some kind of communication issue. During these outages, which Smith Cart “Can’t Seem to Reproduce”, the store is rendered useless and unable to process orders. These outages are also lengthy, being down for many hours up to a whole day.
Is it possible that FedEx is down for hours at a time? Is it possible that Smith Cart has issues with its implementation of FedEx APIs? Is it possible that we are the only ones having this issue? I would however, like some kind of resolution to the issue beyond “We can’t seem to reproduce the error.”
