Hi Guys,

I anm using version 3.98.0 on my site http://www.kayaknoosa.com/Shop.aspx and go to the featured items below and select an item it takes me to the item where the product details page is which is correct but when I use the continue shopping button it takes me to the product list page and displays all of the products but wont allow me to select that category I was just in again it just refreshes the list page. If I go to another category and then select the original category it works can this be fixed. If go back to http://www.kayaknoosa.com/Shop.aspx and select that category from the category menu it refreshes the page.

The ability for the category menu module to remember the state of the category or sub category selected after a page refresh or returning to the page was added in version 3.99, so my recommendation to you would be to upgrade to the latest version of the cart. You can see the full Change Log here.

Hi Christian,

I have update the latest version and still get the same result when you go to a product and use continue shopping button it goes back to page list and does not allow you to select the same category in the category menu it just refreshes the page. I have tried both explorer and firefox and get the same result.

I tried replicating this on our www7 test portal and was unable to do so, would you mind trying to replicate this error on our www7 test site? If you need the login information, send an email to christian@smith-consulting.com

Hi Christian,
I have no Idea why it wont work on my site I have checked it over and over again all works well until I use the continue shopping postback it goes back to menu and shows all products but will not allow me to select that Category in the menu it just refreshes back to https://www.kayaknoosa.com/Shop/ProductList.aspx what is the cache setting could this cause it.

I also put in a Main category and tried to put sub categories in but it kept erroring out the Smith Cart modules. Maybe it is because they are all from root category.....

I am also having this issue and have raised it here : http://www.smith-consulting.com/Forums/forumid/1/threadid/6806/scope/posts.aspx but have had no response.

All I would like is someone to advise how to configure the cart correctly so that this works.

If someone can just tell me how the cart must be setup to ensure this works, I would really be grateful.
