Hello there

when i select Localization form the Store Admin Main Menu the following message appear:

A critical error has occurred.
Could not load type 'DotNetNuke.Services.Localization.LocaleController' from assembly 'DotNetNuke, Version=5.4.4.2, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'.

can anyone please help me with this issue?

Can you post the error from the DNN event viewer please? (Admin -> Event Viewer), also which version of the cart are you using?

hi there

i am useing 4.21

i also found another problem

i have set up the thumbnil size:150x150

but when i upload the product image it only show the large image in product detail page and doent show the small images in "buy now page"

i am not show did i have a wrong setting?

There was a change in the DNN structure regarding locales from DNN 4 to DNN 5. In DNN4 locales are stored in xml file which is located in APP_Globalresources folder and DNN5 uses the Localecontroller class. From your dnn event viewer error message it says you are running dnn 5.4 have you upgraded your portal from dnn 4 recently? If you have upgraded your dnn portal you may have not have a clean upgrade and could still be using the old dnn 4 locales in the APP_Globalresources folder. You might want to try installing the cart on a new dnn 5.6 portal and see if you have the same error.

Regarding thumbnail image sizes if you uploaded the same image name twice it may not be resizing the thumbnail with the same image name after you changed the thumb size image dimensions in the settings. Try changing the name of the image before uploading it so you are sure the image name is unique and it will be the correct size. Also the thumb resizing will be proportional to the original image you upload so if you uplaod an image that is 350 by 300 the cart will size it down to something like 200x150 because it maintains the image proportions. If the cart sized an 350x300 image to 150x150 it would look skewed.
