In the Manage Cart Settings I can see "Combine Shipping & handling" under "Shipping & Handling set up" but can see "Combine Shipping Methods" which is checked.
I have also checked the Custom Ship Methods with Fixed Amounts box.
The in the Store Admin main Menu, in Shipping, I have set up 2 custom methods, one for $10 Aust Wide and one for Pick Up for $0.
When I get to Checkout and am asked for details, the last choice is Shipping Method which if I select either option I get "A critical error has occurred.
Input string was not in a correct format" without clicking Proceed to checkout.
How do I fix this?
