We are running smith 4.36.0 on dnn 5.06. I have shipping by quantity set up with the proper amounts and the setting set to ship by quantity. However, whenever I add anything to my cart, the shipping just says 0. What am I doing wrong? Here's what my shipping by quantity grid looks like.

Hi Michael,

To use shipping by quantity by using either "Zone Shipping By Quantity" or "Custom Ship Methods By Quantity" as your Shipping Setup, you need to make sure that you have set up Shipping Zones or Custom Ship Methods in the Shipping section of the Admin menu.
