Known Issues on DNN 5.6.3?

I would like to try the trial on DNN 5.6.3 and purchase the license for a client if Store module works/suits perfectly for our needs. However, i would like to know if any issue exists when tested with DNN 5.6.3 and above.

I also would like to know best way to config the module to serve for purchasing gifts for friends.

Hi Ismet,

DNN 5.6.3 is being evaluated by programming and currently no conflicts have been brought to our attention. However, we are focusing our attention working on a version of SC that works with DNN 6. I'm not sure the exact date of the release yet but it should be around the same time DNN 6 is released.

When you refer to purchasing gifts for friends, what specifically would you like to do? Add a personalized message? Send the package to a separate address?

I am running DNN 5.6.3 PE in a production environment and have not found any compatibility issues with SmithCart. I have also done extensive testing of SmithCart with DNN 6 CTP1, CTP2, CTP3 using both Community and Professional Editions.

There are a few outstanding SmithCart v4.42 issues that hopefully will be fixed in the next version.

FWIW, DNN 6 RC (Release Candidate) is available today and the final DNN 6 is expected on July 20.
