I think I might have narrowed down the problem. The Store category links work fine. If I navigate to the store page and use the category links everything changes properly. As soon as I go to the home page where I have set my category module, and click on any of my categories, the store page does come up just fine with my selected category. From there if I try to choose a different category within the store it does not change properly. It almost appears that from the category module a session is being set that is interfering with the buynow modules auto generated linkbuttons.
