Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to display 12 products per page in 3 column list view.

In BuyNow module settings in the "Product Listing Setup" section the following 2 settings options will allow you to configure the display to 12 products per page in 3 columns:

  • Product Catalog Columns - Select 3 from the dropdown for a 3 column display.
  • Record Dropdown Values - allows you to configure the values in the records dropdown on the product listing page. To configure 12 products to be displayed per page you would enter the following in the "Record Dropdown Values" textbox 12, 24, 36, 48

Hi Scot,

Thanks for your quick response where do I find the record drop down list. The other issue I have is that I have checked credit card and manual in setup on buynow page but when I checkout everything works fine until I submit order. It refreshes the page but goes nowhere any ideas how to complet the checkout procedure. website is https://www.bellyflop.com.au/ShopOnline.aspx

Hi Buck,

The "Record Dropdown List" ferature is located in the Product Listing Page Setup of the Cart settings. The records dropdown allows you to select how many products to display per page.

In regards to your checkout issue, which version of the Cart are you running and could you also please attach a screenshot of your Cart settings.

Hi Kevin,
I have just updated cart to 4.48 and and tried it but it still looks like the cart is still not processing it properly when I submit the order it just refreshes the page which would explain all the repetitive payment history now when I go to payment history I all these credit card detail which i can not get rid of how can I delete these records when I select them nothing comes up in manage orders. I sent you an email yesterday as the image was to big to attach here in forum did you get a chance to have a look at the settings to see what was wrong all I want to do is manually process credit cards and then delete once order is sent. I have re attached file to post

Hi Buck,

I did not receive an email form you. Would it be possible for you to either try resending the email to me or attaching a new screenshot with all the Cart Settings sections expanded so I can view all of the settings.
