Hi Guys,

I am stting with a situation where, when I add one item to the basket, four items are then added when I go to the checkout. Is there a reason this would happen?

You can have a look at the results here:

Cheers,

Hi James,

Is the product part of a bundled product package? Or is there a entered in the quantity box before adding the product to the Cart?

Thanks,

Hi Kevin,

Your post didn't make much sense at all, could you please rephrase? We installed Smith Cart as we downloaded it if this helps. I don't know if you are referring to any settings that might have changed or a particular Smith Cart installation maybe?

Thanks,
James

Hi James,

Is the product you added to the Cart part of a Bundled Products package? Bundled products are sometimes referred to as “Kit” products. Bundled products areproducts that are bundled together with other products. Bundled products contain a master sku and one or more sub skus. For example, if you sell software you could create a bundled product that included the software package and one year of support at a discounted price.

In the Product Setup screen, list box on the left titled “Master Products List” contains a listing of all products currently setup in your store. The list box on the right titled “Bundled Products” contains a listing of the products you have selected as bundled products.

Thanks,

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for getting back to me about this. Yes, you were right, it was because of the bundled products that this happened. There's a few of us working on this project one of my colleagues was testing this feature.

I have another question about deleting the bundled items in reverse order which you can see here:
