Sharing Products

We're running version 4.52 of the cart, in a shared host environment, with two portals for separate clients that are using the cart. Both portals have "Cross Portal Share Type" set to "No Cross Portal Sharing", but when I check the "Share" box on one of my products, it shows up in both portals. I just want to share it between two BuyNow modules in a single portal. Please advise.

Hello,

Which version of DNN are you running? Are both portals Parent or Child? Is each portal using separate DNN installations? Please let us know and we will attempt to replicate this issue on our test portal.

We are running DNN Community Version 05.06.03, both are parent portals on a single shared DNN installation - alongside about 70 other client portals.

Hello,

I have been able to replicate the issue of when you enable the "Share Products Between Catalogs" feature the product will be shared between Parent Portals portals. I have sent this into programming and I will postback as soon as an update is available.

Hello,

I have been able to replicate the issue of when you enable the "Share Products Between Catalogs" feature the product will be shared between Parent Portals portals. When this feature is not enabled products will stay isolated to that portal. This issue is currently being researched by programming.
