I am running smith cart version 4.67.0. When I put an email address in for merchant email address and then save. If I leave and come back it is gone. When I go to check out paypal says there is a problem with the email address. I think there is a problem because it does not stay in the config. I am using sql 2005 standard edition.

Also is there an upgrade option to get me to the newest release?

Ok I have upgraded to the newest version and I still cannot get the email to save in merchant and when it goes to paypal it says there is a problem with the email. But I can log into the paypal account just fine. Any ideas.

Hi Jeremy,

I just tried to re-produce this issue on my test portal and was unable to recreate the issue of the email address entered in the Merchant field for the PayPal gateway not being saved but I may not have the exact same configuration as you. Can you login to our test site http://www7.smith-consulting.com/ and try to replicate the error. This will determine if the issue is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific dnn portal/cart install.
