I'm having issue in inventory stock management. Say for example, I have a product and its "Quantity on hand" is 20. When I tried to checkout my product and enter my details in the shipping and after clicking submit order button in the checkout page, it navigates to my custom hosted payment gateway. But i did not purchase that product. I returned to my site again without entering any details in the payment gateway. When I check the "Quantity on Hand" for that product it shows 19. I did not purchase that product. Just i went till payment gateway but i did not enter any card details there, i thought of not purchasing that product and again returned to the site. There  is an error in the Quantity on hand. Quantity on hand should be decreased only when the product is purchased not after clicking submit order button..
