When I try to imoprt products from a .csv file I always get an error saying "External table is not in the expected format".
I have exported the products and could't import them back. I didn't change anything in the file and I still get the same error.
I have Smith Cart 5.37.0 running on DNN 07.00.03. Please help!

You need to save the csv file as an xls file and the Sheet Name of your Excel spreadsheet that contains the data you want to import must be named “Sheet1”.
