Hello

Have an issue when checking out with a safari browser. When you enter an email address it says invalid email address even though it is valid. Does not occur with firefox, chrome or ie

Also I followed your directions for upgrading and page templates. On certain products I am getting tab content in the product display. There is another post with this issue and they resolved it but after following the instructions, still an issue.

Which version of DNN are you currently running?

Are you using Sing;e Page Checkout?

Which checkout page are you seeing this message; Cart, Step 1 or Step 2?

Hi Kevin

I am running DNN 7.1.2, smith-cart 5.68. Multi-page checkout, The issue is with the email address on the shipping step where you enter ship to info.

It appears that this happens on touch devices as I tried it on an iPhone and an ipad and got the invalid email. But on a mac laptop with with safari, it works.

Can you please provide an example of an email address that is triggering the message?

Which Shipping Method do you have configured?

Which page of checkout are you entering the shipping info; Cart page or Step 1?

I have the free shipping method selected - nothing else in the shipping section is configured. ie no zones etc

When I click the Checkout button from the cart it goes to the shipping step . There are 3 steps that show

Welcome - Shipping - Payment Method - Confirmation

It's on the first step Shipping

Hi Carl,

The looks to be an auto capitalization issue on the iOS browser. I was able to replicate the message but after changing the capital letter back to lowercase I was able to move past Step 1 to Step 2 of checkout. Please see the screenshots below:
