When we change the "Thumbnail Width/Thumbnail Height" in the "Product Listing Page Setup" section in the Smith.BuyNow parameters, it does not change the images that are already loaded. Is this correct?

Thanks

Yes that is correct the thumbnail image resizing happens when you upload an image using the product setup screen.

And the images we already have loaded do not have their sizes updated??? Isn't it strange?

The thumb image height and width settings in the cart setup just set the size parameters the actual resizing happens in the product setup screen when you upload the image. The images you already have loaded will only have their sizes updated if you re upload them through the product setup screen.

Hi, Thanks.

Even I don´t think it is a good practice, I re uploaded the image and nothing happens. It still has the same size... Do you have any other suggestion?

1) Download the Image Resizer PowerToy from Microsoft for your flavor of Windows.

2) Go to Portals/(Portal #)/SmithCart/Thumbnails

3) CTRL-A to select all files

4) Right-click on a file, select "Resize Image"

I did 2900+ images this way, because I didn't want to upload them one at a time.
