I installed a trial version to a site, and after adding some products, wanted to update to the licensed version. After purchasing and placing the license files, nothing changed. I cleared the cache, reset the application, still nothing. Waited a couple days, did the same, and still no change.

I noticed that the demo that I installed was version 4.26, but when I purchased the module, the version sent to me was 4.24, would this cause a problem?

I really don't care if what version I have, I just want everything to work as intended. I am not sure if it is due to being the trial version or not, but I also noticed the Variants feature is giving me an "Object+reference+not+set+to+an+instance+of+an+object" error.

Any assistance with this would be helpful. And please no offers of purchasing an install service, as this should be able to be done by the end user.

If I remember correctly, you need to download the full version (you should have gotten a link in the email).  If you just downloaded the demo version, then it's the demo version, and having the license key won't work.

Or, there's a download link if you look to the left...

Seems counter productive to have to uninstall a demo, if that's the case. I'll do just that as soon as I get some clarification on my other post about uninstall issues.

I really find this store to be the best for features, but it seems to be very problematic for installs, uninstalls and random glitches every time I've used it.

Hi Jeremy,

The reason you still have the trial message is because you have the trial version of the shopping cart installed.You need to install the full version of the cart to remove the trial message. To fix this, either install the latest version of the cart from the cart downloads page or install the full version of the software that you received when you purchased the cart.

I can see the download link to the left, but I do not have permission to access the page. Can I be granted access? I have registered a few licenses, but none on this account I guess.

This has been resolved. All module files were fine, I was just provided glitched license files.
