When I am creating Zones for Australia, when I save a zone the State/region field is blank.  I want to use weight by zones but it's not working.

Hi SImon,

When creating Shipping Zones for Countries other than The U.S. or Canada, the State/Region field is a textbox that must be manually entered.

I enter text in the field, but it doesn't save. Do i need to prepopulate values elsewhere?
