In the registration process, we are seeing an occasional lack of notification emails. This is causing issues as the search functionality in the database does not give complete search capabilities on registrations. Email notifications are key to quickly following up with new customers and when they are not received, customer support suffers.

How can we determine where, when and why the registration process does not result in an email notification? Any assistance is much appreciated. Thanks.

Which version of DNN and the Cart are you running? What email service are you using for your email?
