Hi guys, i have been testing Smith Cart for about days and weeks in order to get it working for our project. But i feel like i am swimming in an ocean. Please help us solve the problems. So you will sell better.
DNN: 5.6.3
Cart: 4.50
Locale: en-US en-CA fr-CA
Although it is not a showstopper, you guys should review and handle how emai templates are displayed. I'm constantly discovering new bugs each day.
Steps to reproduce:

Install DNN 5.6.3 or above

Configure SMTP

Configure Cart module

Create a User

Set User profile to en-US (en-CA and fr-Fr and Fr-FR for next tests) and provide a valid email address for user.

Submit an order.

Login as portal admin/host. Go to Store Admin Menu > Manage Orders (after finishing also visit Ship Orders page from Admin Menu and repeat the tests)

Select related order id.

Click on Send Shipping Email.

With the user placed order, login to email account and check inbox. Observe the structure of email template:
Following are my notes:

Shipping type caption is not displayed but shipping type is listed.

Payment type caption is displayed but payment type value is not listed.

Also Unit Cost header text is not displayed.
From the experience, i can say that resource files does not contain required localization entries.
Please verify and provide assistance to solve the problems.
The text on the issue is only covers en-US scenario. It is more buggy with other locales i tested.
